Weigh Inspection Machine

Weigh Inspection Machine is suitable for handling the weight of various contents inside boxes and cartons. It utilizes a PLC-controlled screen system, capable of automatically detecting boxes with missing bottles or insufficient weight and rejecting them. The rollers use plastic-bronze gears, resulting in low noise during operation. The operation screen is equipped with a memory function, allowing weight setting programs to be stored, thus saving time on adjustments. For control power, low voltage DC24V is used to prevent electrical leakage risks. Lubrication nozzles are provided on all moving parts of the machine for convenient lubrication and maintenance. This equipment is suitable for handling packaged products such as boxes and plastic baskets.
