- This machine was designed for non- carbonated product of PET bottle, it's combined with three functions: bottle washing, filling and capping.
- Replaced star wheel with neck handling grippers which safes more time and effort when changing parts for different bottle size.
- Canceling the star wheel design also avoids bottle jam.
- Can be synchronized to rotary blower.
- Stainless steel frame with transparent cover board which is in compliance to GMP standard. It is easier to observe and extra protection for the operator.
- Use HMI to control and adjust speed. All control signals are monitored.
