Filling & Capping Machine
The fully automatic rotary capping machine for glass bottles (synthetic cork cap/aluminum cap) integrates the filling and capping functions into one unit after the glass bottles are filled with beverages, allowing for the use of aluminum caps or cork caps for sealing.
The machine adopts a negative pressure filling design, using a fan to extract air from the bottles, speeding up the filling process and isolating the raw materials from the air inside the bottles to prevent material contamination and secondary pollution.
Equipped with reflux control design, CIP cleaning, and perfect gas-liquid separation function.
The machine features an automatic shutdown function that stops automatically when bottle inversion or jamming occurs. The star wheel is equipped with a torque controller, and when the torque exceeds a certain limit, the machine will automatically stop to prevent bottle squeezing.
Suitable for cold filling, hot filling, and liquids with viscosity below 2500cps, applicable to low-carbonated beverages.
The machine has two different cap sealing actions, allowing the operator to freely choose which type of cap to use for sealing. The other sealing mechanism adjusts its height to the highest point, allowing the bottles to bypass it.
