Chieh Song Company‘s conveyor system consists of a belt-type cap conveyor and a semi-automatic can cap storage and conveyor. The belt-type cap conveyor automatically feeds caps into the cap selector, while the semi-automatic can cap storage and conveyor can handle a maximum production capacity of 850 pieces per minute. In automatic mode, the cap sealing machine can start and stop synchronously with the filling machine without manual intervention.
