Cap Washer
The function of the fully automatic two-stage cap washing machine is to pre-clean the bottle caps before sealing. The bottle caps are arranged in the same direction by the cap selector and then slide into the washing machine track through the outlet. At this point, the bottle caps sequentially drop down through a zigzag guide rail, during which several nozzles spray the first cleaning solution, completing the cleaning and disinfection process. Subsequently, the stainless steel star wheel lifts the bottle caps upward, and during this lifting process, they are sprayed with the second cleaning solution by several nozzles, completing the second stage of cap cleaning. The bottle caps then drop down through the guide rail to the capping head to complete the capping process.
