Double Layer Tunnel Warming & Cooling Machine
Features
- After the capping/seaming process, the product will be transferred into the Tunnel Warming & Cooling Machine (product temp. 90℃) to cool down to approx. 38℃ then be sent to the packaging process.
- After the capping/seaming process, the product will be transferred into the Tunnel Warming & Cooling Machine (product temp. 4~6℃) to warm up to approx. 35℃ then be sent to the packaging process.
- After the capping/seaming process, the product will be transferred into the Tunnel Warming & Cooling Machine (product temp. 4~6℃) to warm up to approx. 35℃ then be sent to the packaging process.
- Machine in-feed and out-feed area equipped with glass widow.All compartments equipped with widow for observation.
- Equipped with fixing manhole and liquid level parameter. Auto refill pump and manual drainage valve.
- One set of temperature control system which allows operator to monitor temperature in each compartment through HMI.
- Machine body, stand and top cover are made with 6mm thick stainless steel.
- Fixing hole in front and rear side of the machine which is convenient when fixing.
- Machine out-feed area equipped with bottle dryer to remove residue.
