- To fill the CSD product into the glass bottle and then seal the bottle mouth with T-cork or aluminum screw cap.
- This machine was designed as the negative pressure type. A blower will Vacuum the air out of the glass bottle during filling to prevent contamination of the product.
- This machine includes inverse control design. CIP washing function is very well designed.
- This machine is equipped with an automatic shutdown design when the operation encounters bottle jam, the torque controller will force the machine to stop operating.
- This machine is suitable for cold fill, hot fill, CSD within 2kg and liquid products within 2500cps viscosity.
- User may choose to work with either one of two caps at a time and the mechanisms for
the other cap will automatically be lifted to a higher point for bottles to by-pass.
