Multi Packing Machine

The high-speed multi-packing machine arranges products into lanes and then wraps them with shrink film, using electrical heating to shrink the film for subsequent packaging processes. It adopts a vertical entrance method and is capable of automatically aligning and synchronizing dual packaging, making it highly suitable for integration into production lines. This packaging method surpasses traditional sealing methods, eliminating issues such as easily torn seams. The control system utilizes servo control for smooth operation, with the control panel designed as a user-friendly interface for easy operation. The heat shrink oven and heat radiation are uniform, and the conveyor utilizes a stainless steel conveyor belt assembly, ensuring durability and stable operation over extended periods.

Once the products are organized into columns, they undergo wrapping with shrink film and are subjected to heat to shrink the film, facilitating the subsequent packaging process. High Speed Multi Packing Machine features a direct in-feed design, streamlining the product loading process. It introduces a breakthrough in traditional sealing packaging methods, effectively eliminating the possibility of the sealing line being easily torn open. The control system incorporates a servo control system, ensuring smooth operation. The control panel adopts a user-friendly human-machine interface, making the operation straightforward. The heat shrinking furnace ensures even heat radiation, while the conveyor is propelled by a durable stainless steel conveyor net, enhancing reliability during operation.
