Chieh Song Company‘s aligner series includes the fully automatic empty bottle aligner, the fully automatic round bottle aligner, and the low-profile box pallet automatic round bottle aligner. The fully automatic empty bottle aligner utilizes a disc for sequential output of empty bottles, effectively preventing surface scratches or bottle jams, and it can handle empty bottles of various sizes and shapes without the need for mold changes, only requiring adjustments to the conveyor clearance. The fully automatic round bottle aligner is made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum steel for the empty bottle storage tank and bottle lifting mechanism, capable of storing over 300 empty bottles (depending on the size of the bottles). The low-profile box pallet automatic stacking machine is suitable for products such as boxes, crates, and plastic basket packaging. It operates using a touch screen with memory presets, allowing for the storage of stacking programs and saving time on adjustments.
