Depalletizer Machine

Chieh Song Company's palletizer is divided into low-profile empty bottle palletizer and high-profile empty bottle palletizer. The low-profile empty bottle palletizer features a bilingual (Chinese and English) human-machine touch control panel, which automatically displays error messages and guides operators to convenient position points, ensuring easy operation and maintenance. The high-profile empty bottle palletizer is constructed with SS41 square tube welding and utilizes a bilingual (Chinese and English) screen for operation display. The pallet handling is automated by the machine.

Low Level Palletizer Machine is versatile, capable of handling various types of cartons, boxes, and plastic baskets with ease. Its user-friendly interface, featuring an English screen, facilitates interaction between operators and the machine. The screen provides clear displays for identifying trouble causes, conducting self-diagnosis, and pinpointing trouble positions, ensuring efficient troubleshooting. Operators can adjust the carton stacking quantity and layers directly from the control panel, enhancing flexibility and customization according to specific requirements. With a touch-sensing screen equipped with memory capability, the machine can store stacking programs, saving time when switching between different stacking configurations. For maintenance convenience, all moving parts are fitted with grease nipples, allowing for easy lubrication and upkeep. The low bed construction of the machine facilitates convenient repairs and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation. This machine is suitable for stacking a variety of well-packed products in cartons, boxes, and plastic baskets, making it a versatile solution for packaging needs.

Low Level Empty Bottle Depalletizer Machine's man-machine interfacing control panel, available in both Chinese and English, offers automatic error message display and position guidance for seamless operation. The automatic paper take-out feature, coupled with automated stacking, eliminates the cumbersome manual paper handling process. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also facilitates easy relocation using a forklift. The empty bottle pallets are managed automatically with a frequency inverter, ensuring gentle handling without causing damage to the bottles. Furthermore, the empty bottle pallets are automatically collected and stacked, streamlining the workflow. Thanks to its low bed construction, maintenance becomes convenient and hassle-free. This system is suitable for handling various types of bottles, including PE, PP, PET, and tinplate bottles.

High Level Empty Bottle Depalletizer

High Level Empty Bottle Depalletizer CS-5421 body is constructed from SS41 steel, ensuring durability and stability. Machine parts are precision laser-cut with coding for accuracy and efficiency. Customizable machine color allows for integration with existing equipment or aesthetic preferences. Pallet size options include 1200mm(L) × 1100mm(W) or can be tailored to specific requirements. Layer boards are designed to be removed and stacked automatically, simplifying the workflow. Empty pallets are automatically stacked, reducing manual handling and optimizing space. The maximum stacking height for empty bottles is 2290mm or can be adjusted based on needs. Control methods are available in both Chinese and English languages, ensuring accessibility and ease of operation.
