The fully automatic soda filling and sealing machine CF80 & S10 boasts excellent production capabilities, capable of producing canned beverages at a rate of 250 milliliters per minute, achieving a production rate of 800 cans per minute.
The processes of can feeding and discharging are extremely stable, with the bottle transfer rod, star wheel, and conveyor belt designed with high coordination to ensure smooth operation of the finished cans even at high speeds. The exit of the finished cans is directly pushed out by the can pushing chain of the sealing machine, ensuring stability during operation.
The machine is equipped with a can stopping device, and the bottle transfer rod, star wheel, and guide plates are made of MC nylon material, effectively reducing noise and preventing scratches on the cans, ensuring smoother operation.
With a hygienic structure, equipped with a CIP pipeline system, and the surface of the machine is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, ensuring product hygiene.
The machine's power is supplied by a single motor of the sealing machine, allowing synchronous operation with the sealing machine.
