In order to reduce the pollution in the Filler Room, we have to lower down the frequency of people getting in and out of the Filler Room.
Therefore, the Cap Feeder is the ideal equipment to feed caps into the Filler Room.
This machine directly feeds caps to the Cap Sorter which solves the trouble of cap supplying by manpower.
We transfer caps to the cap sorter by passing the stainless steel pipe by means of the air blower.
The in-feed air of the air blower is equipped with the air filter to reduce the pollution on caps resulting from the air.
