Overview
The CIP unit is mainly provided for the mixing system or the filling machine; it is equipped with 3 Storage Tanks respectively for the storage and recycling of water, acid and soda.
This system is equipped with a conductivity meter which can detect the acid and alkali concentration and can start or stop supply of acid or soda to the pump so as to achieve the concentration set by the user.
In addition, after being sprayed by clean water, there will be no residual soda or acid in the pipe.
A Plate-Type Heater is equipped inside the unit to provide the required temperature.
As an open system, this CIP Unit can be provided for use of the mixing system or the filling machine.
