Jieh Hong Filler Machine includes PET Bottle Neck Handling Type Option, PET Bottle Neck Clamping Type Option, Glass Bottle Option.
PET Bottle Neck Handling Type Option - For this type of Filler for PET bottles, we design it as Bottle Neck Hanging Type which is simple structure and not easy to be damaged. Under the bottle hanging star wheel, the bottle supporting star wheel is made of stainless steel which is firm and durable.
PET Bottle Neck Clamping Type Option -For this type of Filler for PET bottles, we call it Bottle Neck Clamping Type in which the star wheels are designed with the clamping device. Each clamper can be opened and closed at the junction area among Rinser, Filler, and Capper.
Glass Bottle Option - Because there is no neck supporting ring for glass bottle, we cannot use the bottle hanging or bottle clamping manner to transfer the bottles. Thus, we have to adopt the bottle bottom supporting manner to transfer the bottles and fill the product into the bottle.
