Water Treatment System - Mineral Water Filling Line

Our water treatment system is planned and designed according to different water quality of different customers; therefore, it’d better for customers to provide us with the water quality report so that we can design the optimal water treatment equipment for each customer. The following process is an example for water with normal requested water quality.

Mixing System- Food And Beverage Machinery

Our company has diversified plans and designs for various beverages, especially for tea drinks and juices. Our mixing system can be customized according to the customer’s processing requirements. The system is available to be either automatic or manual design according to customer’s budget. The sanitary automatic valves adopted by our company for pipelines are ALFA or GEA valves which are made in Europe instead of control valves made in China. Therefore, the quality is stable and durable. The PLC and touch screen for control can be made either in Japan or Europe according to the customers’ demand.

Sterilization System(UHT) - Bottle Washing Machine

Many beverages, especially neutral tea drinks, must receive unique high temperature sterilization so as to achieve the total sterilization effect since they cannot well restrain bacteria from growth. This machine adopts 4-stage heating and cooling Stage 1: indirect heating from 25℃ to 70℃ by steam. Stage 2: heating from 120℃ to 140℃ by hot water. Stage 3: cooling from 140℃ to 90℃ by heat recovery of products. Stage 4: cooling from 90℃ to 45℃ by cooling water. A holding tube that can change timing is also designed to facilitate the switching for different products or different sterilizing conditions. The machine adopts open control system which can easily allow interlinked control with the filler machine or the CIP Unit and the mixing system.

Central Cip Unit

The CIP unit is mainly provided for the mixing system or the filling machine; it is equipped with 3 Storage Tanks respectively for the storage and recycling of water, acid and soda. This system is equipped with a conductivity meter which can detect the acid and alkali concentration and can start or stop supply of acid or soda to the pump so as to achieve the concentration set by the user. In addition, after being sprayed by clean water, there will be no residual soda or acid in the pipe. A Plate-Type Heater is equipped inside the unit to provide the required temperature. As an open system, this CIP Unit can be provided for use of the mixing system or the filling machine.

Tea Extracting System

The tea extracting equipment adopts PLC and touch screen auto control. You can set multiple tea extracting modes from the touch screen, and everything is automatic from tea boiling to extracting of tea leaves which avoids impact of tea quality due to difference in manual operation. The extracting barrel of the equipment is provided with a mixer, which can improve the effect of extracting and shorten the time of extracting so as to get the tea with the best quality. The extracting follows the process of putting certain amount of tea leaves in the extracting barrel, the extractor will automatically feed water, heat and then mix. When it reaches the set time, the tea liquid will be poured onto the filter mesh. Upon completion of the filtration of tea liquid, the filter mesh will automatically pour the tea dust onto the conveyor system that will send the tea dust into dust storage tank outdoors. eEven the filter mesh will be automatically cleaned which can save a lot of manpower.
