Therefore, the cleaning and sterilization of caps are very important.
The Cap Sorter feeds direction-fixed caps into the star wheel type cap washer via the track, and then the caps are fed upwards through transmission by turns in the star wheel plate and sterilized by the cleaning agent at the same time during the transmission which can both save space and reduce cap jamming situation.
