Overview
This type of machine is to be adopted when empty bottle outputting should be placed at higher location for ground space application.
This machine is to unload the empty containers per layer on a pallet to the conveyor and to make bottles convey forwards, and then to pick up the paperboard partitions between layers automatically and stack them in the collector automatically.
The pallets are conveyed and stacked automatically. It is fast, automatic and manpower-saving.
It is suitable for different sizes of containers, like tinplate cans, PE bottles, PET bottles and glass bottles.
Specification
Total empty container product height in one pallet (inclusive of pallet height) is 2290mm maximum.
Conveyor height is 3100mm.
