Accumulation Buffer Conveyor
Overview
Its function is to store some bottles when main machines have some problems and not to make those main machines stop immediately to affect the whole capacity. There are two kinds of accumulation buffer conveyor.
The first type is the mat conveyor with big square measure. It is to fit the situation when it requires big buffer like the clearing of the Cooler heating section.
The other type is the multi-line conveyor which has smaller square measure and less accumulation amount, so it is more suitable for buffering those normal main machines.
In terms of space, the type of mat conveyor will take larger space which is not so convenient for some customers who have space limit.
