Cap Washer - Because caps tend to breed microbe more easily due to the complicated internal structure, microbe must be strictly prevented from being left inside the product to ensure product safety.
Cap Feeder - In order to reduce the pollution in the Filler Room, we have to lower down the frequency of people getting in and out of the Filler Room. Therefore, the Cap Feeder is the ideal equipment to feed caps into the Filler Room. This machine directly feeds caps to the Cap Sorter which solves the trouble of cap supplying by manpower.
Elevating-Type Cap Feeder Machine - The existing Centrifugal or Rotary Type Cap Sorter may generate plastic dust which may cause pollution due to mutual friction of rolling during the course of cap sorting. Therefore, it is necessary to remove plastic dust by blowing.
