YR-702 MECHANICAL FRICTION
Overview
One step further than YR-700 series, this product performs more precise work.
Friction which makes roll slip is still evenly controlled.
There are two columns of ball bearings(6×2=12) per a cartridge.
6 of 12 are aligning concentric between core and shaft by constant spring force from in to out.
The rest are clamping a core tightly when shaft starts rolling.
Minimum slit width available is 15mm.
Common film thinkness is between 50~500 microns.
No tubes are needed.
OD of the cartridges can vary up to core size.
