Special-Purpose Airshafts

Special-purpose airshafts are equipped with various technologies to resolve difficulties when using general-purpose airshafts.

YR-500

SEPARATOR TYPE

Suitable for thin metal(less than 3mm) winding work. Position of discs is easily adjustable by load/unloading air pressure, and this advantage will eliminate unnecessary large number of spacers.

YR-206A

Special airshafts

YR-206A is an airshaft which can replace rubber-coated rollers mainly used in paper winding lines.

YR-201

INNER TYPE

Three rows of lugs that are placed equally 120˚ will clamp core at the same time. accurate concentric clamping is expectable in tyis type.

YR-204

INNER TYPE

It is designed to fit the inner diameter of the core for centering.

YR-1000

CYLINDER TYPE

Shaft body works same as YR-900, but an air cylinder is placed at the one end of shaft which pushes lugs. Clamping power depends on air pressure, but inevitably weaker than YR-900.

YR-101D

Fabric Position Adjustable Airshaft

YR-101D is designed to adjust the position of the fabric by thread while air clamping is maintained.

YR-300

PIN TYPE

Used for surface type or touch roll winder type. Use of lugs with pins will prevent carton distortion, which will result in air bubbles or wrinkles between each layer of film.

YR-200A

LEAF TYPE

YR-200A can be used when roll weight is less than 500㎏ and minimum roll width is 10㎜. This type will help to reduce distortion of carton cores.

YR-200B

LEAF TYPE

As compared with YR-200A, handling work is very easy because weight is lighter than YR-200A by 40% This type is recommended when roll weight is under 200㎏.

YR-203

INNER TYPE

Suitable for the thinnest material (4~20 microns) Best accuracy with minimized rolling and yawing, by most precise design.

YR-205

INNER TYPE

same purpose with YR-202. Unlike YR-202, it has valves for each rows which allows machine keep operation even if one row is out of order.

YR-1100

HANGER TYPE

Handling of a heavy roll should be done by hoist and this shaft will clamp rolls and will be hung on hoist for easy handling.

YR-102S

3inch airshaft for heavy duty

Recommended for work of which accurate winding of roll build is not important.
