SP-12

In-Line Type Liquid Filling & Sealing Machine

Linear type automatic filling and sealing machine is a 3 meters indirect filling and sealing machine. Specific in liquid filling and sealing. The filling and sealing mold can be designed according to customer needs. Minimum production capacity is 1,800 cups per hour, and the maximum production capacity can reach 24,000 cups per hour.

Rotary type filling and sealing machine is a medium-capacity filling and sealing machine, which can reach 900 ~ 2400 cups per hour. SP-22 series type of filling and sealing machine is mainly designed for liquid.

Rotary type automatic sealing machine is a medium-capacity sealing machine, which can reach 900-2400 cups per hour, and can complete the mold changeover in 15 minutes, which is suitable for products with high container variability.

Rotary Type Powder/Granule Filling & Sealing Machine

Rotary type automatic filling and sealing machine is a medium-capacity machine, mainly for powder and granular products filling and sealing machine, the speed is between 900-2400 cups per hour. The sealing machine is in a small size so also suitable for the customer with a restricted venue.

In-Line Type Powder/Granule Filling & Sealing Machine

Linear type automatic filling and sealing machine for powder and granule. SP-35 series filling and sealing machine is equipped with a different filling device according to the product characteristic. The SP-35 series filling and sealing machine can meet the customer needs to add a gas flushing device to increase the product’s shelf life.

Continuous Type Liquid Filling & Sealing Machine

Linear type of continuous filling and sealing machine is a high-capacity filling and sealing machine with a flow-meter filling device, mainly is for the product that is high production and needs to full fill. The continuous filling and sealing machine can reach to 30 cycles in a min.

In-Line Type Automatic Sealing Machine

Linear type of sealing machine can design on mold type sealing machine or pusher sealing machine; it depends on the container’s variety and the production inquiry. The sealing machine can be extended according to the customer’s feeding method. Such as, the sealinh machine can extended 3M for the customer to feed the product into the conveyor; or if customer want to collating with their origin filling machine (Or other package machine), we can connect with their machine by in-feed conveyor.
