Fillers/Gear pump

Jih Yu Hsin's Fillers / Gear pump adopts a sanitary-grade pump, which is easy to disassemble and clean, in compliance with food regulations. It is suitable for filling various liquid products without particles that can flow, ranging from water to emulsions. For products with lower viscosity, it can be used in conjunction with a stainless steel hopper. It is applicable to various products, including cosmetics, food, agricultural chemicals, and more.

Filler

Fillers / Gear pump Built with sanitary-grade pump for easy cleaning to meet food processing requirement. Applicable to filling of fluid liquid with no granule, water, or cream. The additional stainless funnel is recommended for filling less fluid liquid. The infusion amount can be delicately and accurately adjusted. The surface material of the pump in contact with liquid is made of stainless #316. Filler MN-01S is lightweight and easy to operate and can be automated for chain processing. Special custom-made orders can meet your individual requirements. Applicable to cosmetics, foodstuffs, agricultural, and chemical products.

Filler
