Capper

Jih Yu Hsin's capping machine comes in two models: the standard type and the Duek mouth Capping type. The standard capping machine features a downward pressure and torque capping mechanism. It is compact, lightweight, space-saving, durable, and easy to operate. Adjusting the height of the bottle neck does not require any tools, and the capping head can be easily replaced to accommodate various cap sizes. The Duek mouth Capping machine is suitable for capping products such as pump heads, pressure nozzles, and round caps.

CP-01

Capper

Capper CP-01 can be operated semi-automatically on a table. CP-01 is small, light, and durable, making it easy to operate. The capping device can accommodate caps of all sizes. Capping torque can be easily adjusted and accurately set. It is suitable for small-sized and diverse products. A compressor is required.

CP-02

Capper

CP-02 can be operated semi-automatically on the table. It is applicable to products with pump caps, duck mouth caps, and round caps. Capping torque can be easily adjusted and accurately set. CP-02 is small, light, and durable, making it easy to operate. It is suitable for products of small size and a wide variety. A compressor is required.
