Jih Yu Hsin's Auto Liquid Filling Capper Machine System features linear bottle positioning, and it is programmable through PLC control, automatically pausing when no caps are detected. It is user-friendly and suitable for handling small quantities of diverse products. Changing bottles only requires replacing the rotary disk, and adjustments to various mechanisms during replacement can be made without the need for tools. It can operate either independently or as part of a continuous production line, saving on labor costs, as only one person is needed to operate both the filling and capping processes.

Auto Liquid Filling Capper Machine System

A2-12T270 Auto Liquid Filling Capper Machine System conveys bottles in a straight line. It is easily controllable with the PLC programmable system and is applicable to products of small size and a wide variety. The plate can be easily changed to accommodate different bottle sizes. The machine can be operated either separately or linked with a chain processing system. Only one operator is needed for the entire process. The compressor needs to be equipped separately.
