Vertical Packaging Machine

EZpack Vertical Packaging Machine includes Multilane machine for lique, Multilane machine for powder, Single-lane machine for lique, Single-lane machine for powder 4 types. Multilane machine for lique Suit to liquid : Mouthwash / Shampoo / Cream / Oil / Sauce / Jell / Paste. It can automatically complete bag-making, printing, metering filling, back sealing, pressing waterproof lines, sealing, easy-tear notch cutting, and round corner punching. Multilane machine for powder is suitable for various food powder and granule products such as pharmaceuticals, probiotics, collagen powder, nutritional supplements, and instant granules. It automatically performs bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, easy-tear notch cutting, and finished product conveying. Single-lane machine for lique is designed for packaging liquid and viscous products with flowability. Depending on the characteristics of the liquid, a suitable filling system is used for accurate metering and filling. Packaging options include three-side seal, four-side seal, and back seal formats, and custom shapes can also be created to achieve product differentiation and brand identity in the market. Single-lane machine for powder is designed for packaging powder and granular products. The machine is equipped with a metering filling system tailored to the specific characteristics of the powder or granules, ensuring optimal packaging results.

Horizontal Packaging Machine

EZpack Horizontal Packaging Machine includes Rapid screening reagent packaging machine and Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine. Rapid screening reagent packaging machine includes an internal missing part inspection mechanism and adopts Cognex's AI Deep Learning Visual Inspection to detect defects in the sealing, printing, and overall appearance of aluminum foil bags. Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine offers the flexibility to choose a suitable feeding system for packaging different materials, ensuring precise filling accuracy. The packaging specifications and dimensions can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of packaging needs. Depending on the selected filling system, it can accurately fill various solid objects, granules, powders, liquids, sauces, and other products.

Premade Pouch Rotary Packaging Machine

The Premade pouch rotary packaging machine is suitable for medium to large-sized bag filling and packaging. For larger products, the EZP-R300 and EZP-R400 options are available, with the ability to handle bag sizes of up to 400mm in width and 580mm in length. It can package various types of flat-bottomed bags, and the bag specifications can be adjusted to accommodate different requirements. The entire machine operates in an automated process, including automatic bag retrieval, filling, sealing, printing, and finished product output. The workstation design ensures high productivity and efficiency. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of SS#316 material. The machine can be configured with a corresponding feeding system to handle liquid, solid-containing, powder, and granule products. It features functions such as no-filling when no bag is detected and no-sealing when no bag is present, reducing material waste and cleaning issues. The machine is easy to maintain.

Unscrambler / Rinser

EZpack bottle unscrambler is linear type of unscrambling machine, designed for feeding oriented bottles into the production line. They are suitable for large various of bottle shapes and size. EZpack bottle unscramble operates with great simplicity, efficiency and minimal maintenance. EZpack bottle washer can use clean compressed air for air pressure cleaning or clean water source for water pressure cleaning process to ensure that the bottle can reach a certain degree of cleanliness before the filling process.

Machine Vision Inspection

Using visual sensing equipment (industrial cameras) with image recognition software for subtractive detection, Through the detection assistance of machine vision, the subtle defects on the product are screened out and eliminated. According to the difference in product characteristics and test results, Plan a suitable visual elimination import process to greatly reduce the outflow rate of defective products. How to train and operate AI machine vision? There is no need for cumbersome software writing. The built-in algorithm can be trained through a set of samples and its reference model can be created. The training steps only need to perform the following three steps: 1. Collect images of "qualified samples" and load them into the system. 2. Train these qualified samples through the system to learn and create a reference model. 3. Continue testing and fine-tuning, and start detecting anomalies. Defective areas can be quickly identified and analyzed while understanding the natural variation in sample appearance, and most importantly, training without large numbers of defective samples.
