It uses for filling and packing the granules products into the container with precise weight by using the technology of vibration and load cell, this system ensures the finished products to be packed at an accurate weight and works effectively. The automatic scale weighing control is driven by Japan Mitsubishi PLC.
It is easy to set the ideal filling weight you want by entering through touch screen. The weighing unit features can be reset automatically. It is available to be system-linked with material supply system. The filling weight accuracy tolerance is controlled within ±1%, graduation of load cell is 1 g and with double vibration metering design.
