Features
- STS-01-R Auger Type Radius Packaging Machine is designed for filling various powder product into radius sachet, such as probiotics, sugar substitute, powdered dietary supplement, protein powder, medical powder and etc.
- Machine control component selection, we use PLC, Servo motor, pneumatic cylinder from Japan, Europe, and United States, to ensure high quality of machine operation and stabilization.
- Auger shaft is made of stainless steel, and based on one-piece integral processing to ensure the accurate of measurement. By simply replacing the auger shaft, the filling and measuring range of 1~10 g can be reached, and the Metering tolerance is within ±3~5%.
- All material contact parts are made of stainless steel (Standard type 304 / Optional type 316).
- The packaging system adopts palm-type sealing mechanism, collar type bag forming device, and radius cutter module, to make sure the appearance of package is neat, the sealing is tight, and there is no material clamping or pinhole possibilities.
- This machine can be equipped with nitrogen gas filling device is available to be added on for allowing the oxygen existing in product to be controlled within fewer than 3%.
- HMI touch screen for operational control. It has 10 sets of memory modules for memorizing different kinds of products and filling data. Simply enter the code number to change production modules.
- The machine itself has an automatic detection device. In case of any abnormal condition, it will automatically stop and display the error point on the touch screen, which is convenient for the operator to deal with.
- This machine can also be linked with material supply system and weigh checking system equipment for system linking purpose.
