Features
- SM-02 Semi-Auto Weighing Filling Machine is designed for filling various kinds of granular products, such as nuts, beans, rice, wolfberry, red dates, pet food etc.
- Using weighing system to control the vibration of two rails to reach 50 ~ 3000 g filling weight. Metering tolerance is within ±1~3%. (Tolerance may vary with different products.)
- All material contact parts are made of stainless steel (Standard type 304 / Optional type 316).
- The Main components of machine are made in Japan and Europe to offer higher stability of performance.
- Through HMI setting to control the movement of auger shaft to reach the high precision output stably.
- With self- diagnostic device, this machine is able to stop operations automatically while any error occurs. Meanwhile, it will trigger alarm and show the event on HMI touch screen.
- HMI touch screen for operational control. It has 20 sets of memory modules for memorizing different kinds of products and filling weights. Simply enter the code number to change production modules.
