Features
- TS-2435-VB Coffee Bean Filling and Packaging Machine is designed for filling coffee beans into package.
- Machine control component selection, we use PLC, Servo motor, pneumatic cylinder from Japan, Europe, and United States, to ensure high quality of machine operation and stabilization.
- Using weighing system to control the vibration of the rails to reach 200~1000 g filling weight. Metering tolerance is within ±1%.
- All material contact parts are made of stainless steel (Standard type 304 / Optional type 316).
- The packaging system adopts a palm-type sealing mechanism, so that the appearance of the output package is neat, the sealing is tight. The package also has air valve device, the device is embedded with a one-way breathable valve, so that the gas inside the package can only flow out.
- HMI touch screen for operational control. It has 10 sets of memory modules for memorizing different kinds of products and filling data. Simply enter the code number to change production modules.
- The machine itself has an automatic detection device. In case of any abnormal condition, it will automatically stop and display the error point on the touch screen, which is convenient for the operator to deal with.
- This machine can also be linked with material supply system and weigh checking system equipment for system linking purpose.
