Overview
Sludge remover is a key component in soya beverage/milk production. It plays an important rule in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of the production.
During the sludge removing process, condensed & sludgeless soya beverage is produced, soya sludge exits on the other end to be removed or used for other production.
The system in combination with the piston in the front can produce soya up to 2500L/h.

- CIP is achieved by a combination of special soya removing solution and air pressure cleaning.

Working Principle
Product enters the screw compressed filter.
The product is compressed and condensed along the high precision filter tube transferred by the screw.
Exit air piston ensures a desirable pressure for an ideal sludge removal rate/dryness.
