Bottle Air Rinser

The CVC 1102 Bottle Air Rinser is Equipped with powerful clean air jet and vacuum suction which are combined with 180-degree inversion of bottle at speeds of up to 80 bottles per minute. The CVC 1102 series Automatic Bottle Air Rinser are the ideal solution for oral products lines to achieve cGMP compliance.

CVC 1263D

Bottle Unscrambler & Air Rinser

The CVC 1263D Bottle Unscrambler is designed to automatically feed bottles from a bin and place them upright onto a conveyor at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute. The CVC 1263D is built on a Siemens control system including a HMI panel. Options include ionized air rinse with vacuum, fallen bottle sensor with return to bin, low level hopper sensor, tower lamp, and static eliminator bar. No change parts required.

Bottle Unscrambler

Specially designed to meet the packaging line requirements in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.

Compact design with enclosed built-in hopper and starwheel disc sorter for noise elimination and space saving.

Control panel features simple operation.

Type 304 stainless steel bin, frame, enclosure panels.

Maximum speed is 80 bottles per minute. (based on 100 cc round bottle size).

Stainless steel frame and transparent shield for operator safety and isolation from dust.

Bottle orientating assembly is accurate, adjustable and user friendly.
