Features
- STS-01-W Automatic Bag Forming Filling Packaging Machine is designed for filling various granular product into sachet, such as small biscuit, sunflower seed, peanut, nuts, beans, granule sugar, popcorn and etc.
- Machine control component selection, we use PLC, Servo motor, pneumatic cylinder from Japan, Europe, and United States, to ensure high quality of machine operation and stabilization.
- Using weighing system to control the vibration of four rails to reach 1~50 g filling weight. Metering tolerance is within ±1~3%. (Tolerance may vary with different products.)
- All material contact parts are made of stainless steel (Standard type 304 / Optional type 316).
- The packaging system adopts a palm-type sealing mechanism, so that the appearance of the output package is neat, the sealing is tight, and there is no material clamping or pinhole possibilities.
Customer can choose package type as 3-side sealing, 4-side sealing or pillow sealing.
- This machine can also be equipped with perforating device for continuous package output.
- HMI touch screen for operational control. It has 10 sets of memory modules for memorizing different kinds of products and filling data. Simply enter the code number to change production modules.
- The machine itself has an automatic detection device. In case of any abnormal condition, it will automatically stop and display the error point on the touch screen, which is convenient for the operator to deal with.
- This machine can also be linked with material supply system and weigh checking system equipment for system linking purpose.
