The Kaohsiung Food Show is organized by the International Trade Administration, MOEA, implemented by TAITRA, and co-organized by the Marine Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government. Centered around agricultural and fishery food products, the exhibition showcases Taiwan’s premium agricultural, fishery, and livestock products, along with a diverse range of processed foods. The event is held in conjunction with the Kaohsiung HORECA, presenting a comprehensive food industry supply chain and serving as the best platform in Southern Taiwan for food procurement.

The 2025 exhibition will take place from October 23 to 26 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, gathering 200 exhibitors across 360 booths and attracting 18,000 domestic and international buyers. With the themes " Agri & Seafood Delicacies" and "Smart Solutions", the event will highlight Taiwan’s finest delicacies from land and sea while showcasing trends in food industry digitalization, creating the ultimate business negotiation platform for industry professionals.
