Promoted by SAMPAPÃO, the Association of Bakery and Confectionery Manufacturers of São Paulo, it is one of the largest bakery and confectionery fairs in Latin America, with a strong focus on operators in the Food Service sector in Brazil and attracting more than 55,000 professionals from the sectors it serves. The fair is aimed at professionals and managers from various establishments and industries in the Food Service sector, including bakeries, confectioneries, pizzerias and indirect bakery sectors.
