Artozyma 2026 is an international exhibition dedicated to the bakery and confectionery sectors, scheduled to take place from February 28 to March 2, 2026, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The professional profile of the exhibition is displayed through the targeted b2b type meetings between exhibitors and buyers both from Greece and abroad. In the showrooms of Artozyma the most imaginative and innovative creations from young bakers, and confectioners are presented.

In the meantime, several side events are taking place such as the Panhellenic Bread Championship, the Panhellenic Pastry Competition, Bakery & Pastry Labs, Master Classes, as well as gastronomy and taste education events.
