Super Mixer Granulator

Super Mixer Granulator has multi functions of mixing, granulating and drying can produce hormone or anti-cancer medicine. High uniformity, very different proportion also can uniformly mixing.

Super Mixer Granulator - Dryer

Super Mixer Granulator - Dryer's explosion proof system is available for organic solvent process. Unique air seal system,a filtered compressed air is introduced into shaft and chopper,which may cause black spot and pollute the product.

Wet Granulator

Wet Granulator produced in a large number, fine granule, the size of granule uniformly. All the design and manufacture are qualified cGMP standard and FDA requirement.

Roller Compactor

Roller Compactor is no water or solvent is added, granules are highly stable after granulation. An automatic suction conveyer for charging powder or granule is available as an option for saving labor cost.

Fluid Bed Spray Granulator / Dryer

Fluid Bed Spray Granulator / Dryer,No dead angel produce because of even fluid drying, no color changing of difference because of the same drying speed in any position.Mixing, granulating, drying are in one machine.

Cone Mill

Fitz Mill

Fitz Mill uses high speed rotating blades to crush or grind raw materials to a desired size which is smaller than the perforated plate screen. The safety device will prevent the operator to get hurts.

Vacuum Suction Device

Vacuum Suction Device's granules or powder are sucked from container of Fluid bed dryer to granulator. The granules after granulation can be conveyed to mixing machine directly.

Lifting Device

Lifting Device is connected to the fixed link of the device, a tank with material can be lifted to a proper discharge height by oil pressure. Lifted and rotated by the lifting device , a tank can be connected to the feeding hopper and feed a filling or tablet machine.

Bin Blender and Tilting Device

Bin Blender and Tilting Device is apply Powder and granule mixing. Mix different kind of powder materials and granules with lubricant, binder or essence oil of flavor to required uniformity.

Centrifugal Granulator Coater

Centrifugal Granulator Coater places the sugar cores on the turntable. Hot air is blown upward between turntable and granulation area. The air causes the cores to roll, the binder solution is sprayed on the rolling cores through the pump and spray gun, coating and drying simultaneously.

Super Coater

Super Coater's hot airflow pass through a special designed film, heat the uniform rolling tablets inside, spray solution downward on the rolling tablet through pump and spray gun to get coating and drying purpose.
