TCD-150 Through Circulation Dryer
Overview
Hot air conveyor dryer is a kind of conveyor belt material is placed, with the adoption of the tunnel during the contact with hot air to dry, conveyor dryer by the conveyor belt, blower, heater and other components.
The main function of this machine is to dry the powder to be the granule when it comes to watery or alcoholic
powders of which the structure is that all in compliance with cGMP.
As for the drying, it is at a low temperature of approximately below 40~70℃ in which could be Setting lower
in case of volatile alcohol products.
Owing to the internal hot air circulation, automatic humidity control of the exhaust outlet and the electrical
control, the drying room will then keep and maintain a well distributed temperature where the granular product
would achieve a great effect upon dehumidification while drying.
Under a normal regulation via the internal manual control over the air volume baffle, the tolerance of each
point on heat distribution is at ± 3℃ from the drying temperature 40~70℃ while the no-load test as drying.
Concerning the drying time, it depends on the different temperature set.

- For Product backing / Drying / Tin solder heating / Preheating etc. Able to be connected with other Auto-line equipment.
- Suitable for chemicals, foods, pigments, dyeing materials, pesticides, synthetic resin medicine, fiber, grain
- particles, stomach medicine powder, garlic and seafood, etc.
