Flat-Bottom Bag, Eight-Side Seal Bag
Overview
- Also known as a flat-bottom pocket-style zipper bag, it is a flat-bottom bag with a special zipper similar to a pocket on clothing. The bag is sealed on all four sides, along with four seals at the bottom. It is also called an eight-side sealed flat-bottom bag or box-bottom bag.
- The top has a zipper opening, allowing users to easily tear and reseal the bag. A simple press seals the bag tightly, providing a wide opening for easy food filling. The design prevents powder particles from contaminating the zipper closure, ensuring durability. A tear notch is included above the zipper, and the area above the zipper can be heat-sealed again using a sealing machine.
- The bottom features a box-bottom design, ensuring the bag stands upright with stability, making it ideal for product display and shelf placement. Compared to traditional stand-up pouches, flat-bottom bags of the same volume can hold 35% more content, significantly reducing material costs.
- The front, back, and sides can be customized with vibrant graphic designs and material variations, enhancing the 3D appearance and aesthetic appeal of the product. This makes it more visually attractive for consumers, leading to widespread adoption in various countries in recent years.
