Automatic Washing Machine & Tunnel Drying Sterililzer

The fully automatic ultrasonic bottle washer is a continuous-type bottle washing machine, suitable for the continuous production of small injectable bottles (such as vials, ampoules, syringes, and tube bottles, etc.).After ultrasonic oscillation, high-pressure water jets are used to wash both the inner and outer surfaces of the bottles. The multi-stage cleaning process includes circulating water washing, purified water washing, WFI (Water for Injection) washing, and clean high-pressure air drying, ensuring thorough cleaning.

Autoclave Steam Sterilizer

The high-pressure steam sterilizer (Autoclave) is classified as a Type I pressure vessel and utilizes an intelligent touch-screen human-machine interface (HMI) control system.To effectively destroy microorganisms and bacteria, the system is designed to use pure steam as the heating medium, ensuring that the equipment structure can withstand the pressure and temperature of high-pressure steam (Autoclave).

Hot Air Sterilizer (Class 100)

The sterile, dust-free high-temperature drying sterilizer is designed based on the principle of forced convection to ensure that the indoor air quality remains below Class 100.It features rapid hot air circulation and passes through a HEPA filter for enhanced air purity.

Pure Water System (RO+EDI)

The entire purified water system is equipped with sanitary-grade piping, with no threaded connections on the main water production pipeline.Pipeline connections are predominantly welded automatically to minimize the risk of bacterial growth.It is designed without blind pipes, ensuring no stagnant water remains.The flow meter is made of stainless steel with a sanitary-grade analog dial, preventing direct light exposure that could promote bacterial growth.

Multiple-Effect Distillation (WFI)

The multi-effect distillation water generator is designed to comply with the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) standards for Water for Injection (WFI).Based on the quality of the feed water source, the distilled water produced achieves a specific resistivity of up to 1.0 MΩ·cm.

Purre Steam Generator

The pure steam generator is designed and structured in compliance with PIC/S GMP, cGMP, and GAMP requirements of the FDA.The evaporator body is made of SUS316L stainless steel with a double-tube sheet design.All contact surfaces, including areas exposed to incoming water, are electropolished and passivated.Sanitary-grade clamps are used for connections, and gaskets are made of Teflon material.

Sterile Mixing Tank (Magnetic Stirring . Load Cell)

The magnetic stirring mixing tank can be equipped with a sterile air filter, temperature controller, pH meter, pressure gauge, sight glass, sanitary-grade manhole, liquid outlet, SIP/CIP cleaning spray ball, liquid level gauge, liquid level control system, and weighing system, among other features.
