  • This machine is PLC controlled ensuring superior bag forming accuracy.
  • Micro-computer weighing system ensures accurate filling. This unit can be equipped with one or two sets of the computerized weighing devices depending on the product to be packed and the packing speed.
  • Machines can be made to customers own specifications on request.
  • Photo-cell controlled Printing Points Tracing System ensures extremely accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting performances.
  • The sealing and cutting operations are air cylinder activated for fast, highly efficient operations. The air cylinder components are high quality Japanese and German imports.
  • This unit can perform pillow type packaging.
  • The entire procedure from weighing, bag forming, filling and sealing to cutting and packaging is fully automatically operated.
  • Date coder available on request.
  • Convenient package size and packing speed are adjustable. Adjustment can be made while the machine is running.
  • Product out-feeding can be furnished with an standard outfeed conveyor for convenient product collection.
